About Us

Our Team

Our caseworkers are supported by a team of registered general nurses who have many years of experience specialising within care at home, care within the community and hospital care. Our advocates have developed close connections with care professionals and as such, have in-depth knowledge of care planning and care requirements for different individuals. Whether you require guidance and support initiating the assessment process, or whether you have started the process but feel overwhelmed by the assessments, our advocates can attend meetings, provide in-depth reports and provide you with the level of support you need. The service is flexible to your needs, and we can provide as much or as little support as you require.
